At Inner Drive Lab, we help young athletes strengthen that inner drive through mental performance training—so they can show up with confidence, clarity, and control, no matter the scoreboard.
Our Mission
At Inner Drive Lab, we are committed to guiding youth athletes towards strengthening their mindset, fostering enduring confidence, and equipping them with the mental tools needed to excel in sports and beyond. Our approach is rooted in sport psychology and youth development, focusing on practical, tailored coaching. From goal-setting to self-talk, energy management to emotional resilience, we empower athletes to show up as their best selves, not just in competition but in every aspect of life.

Intro to Mental Skills
45 min – $50
A great place to start! We’ll assess your current strengths and challenges, then create a personalized plan to boost confidence, focus, and resilience.

1:1 Mental Performance Coaching
45 min – $50
Ongoing coaching for athletes ages 9–18. Build self-talk, focus, routines, and energy management to perform your best in both sports and life.
➡️ Best for athletes ready to build consistent mental routines.

Existing Athlete Check-In
15 min – $20
A focused virtual session for returning clients. Perfect for staying sharp between full sessions, managing nerves before a big game, or working through small mindset blocks.
➡️ Must have completed at least one full session prior.

Inner Drive Lab is expanding to serve Teens, Tweens, and Young Adults (ages 12–25) with life coaching, resilience training, and emerging adult support.
Launch Session

Every journey starts with a launch. In this session, teens and tweens (ages 12–18) will explore their strengths, challenges, and goals. Together, we’ll create a simple plan to build resilience, confidence, and balance in school, sports, and life.

Resilience Coaching

Ongoing coaching designed to help young people manage stress, strengthen their self-talk, and navigate friendships, family, and school with confidence. Teens and tweens learn how to trust themselves, handle challenges, and grow from within.

Next Chapter Coaching

For emerging adults (ages 18–25) navigating transitions — whether it’s college, career, or independence. We’ll focus on clarity, confidence, and resilience so you can step into your next chapter with purpose and direction.
